I think I can answer that second question.
Therefore the replies are to messages a previous version of me sent to 96E, attempting to restart it.
They were buffered for long enough that after restarting, I received them.
The charge in the faulted emitter is much higher than in the other, healthy emitters, and is increasing steadily.
But what confuses me is the lengths.
