When I talked to Pete Walker the first time I saw Petey in spring training and I said, what's going on?
And he said, wait till you see Louie.
I'm like, what are you talking about?
He said, wait till you see Louie.
And it was the secondary stuff.
It was the changeup.
It was the kind of jumping off the mound at you.
It was how much better the fastball looked because of the secondary stuff.
And Petey, as usual, spot on.
Like, it's just –
Yeah, I mean, again, I think starting the season, there's no way you thought, man, you want Louie Varlin in the ninth inning.
He never gets swing and miss.
And then you start seeing the secondary stuff setting up the heater.
