I'm looking at things that are going to be easy to operate and don't rely on marketing to hold steady or grow a little bit.
I place more of a value and emphasis on something that has stabilized or plateaued that's not shrinking than I do on something that's got one of those sharp growth curves.

If you've been running a product for five or 10 years and you're ready for the next challenge or adventure or want to pay off your home and take care of your kid's college or whatever, I'm the guy that buys that.
