I didn't know this at the time, turns to Miranda and is like,

I think you guys are going to get married.

And Miranda's like, what?

And we exchanged contact details and ended up talking again like a month later or something like that.

The spark was definitely there, but I thought I had no chance.

So I was like, I don't really want to get heartbroken here.

No, she messaged me a month later.

And that's when I was like, OK, maybe I do have a chance.

We went on our first date, which was to a yoga class.

Now we're really going down memory lane here.
