So I don't know if you've ever been to this this shopping center about you know provide compact pedestrian oriented environments. low-confidence

I I agree that's that's appropriate, like in a I guess a downtown Leesburg kind of thing. low-confidence

But if you've been out if I was if I was going to that shopping center because um I needed to pick up a bottle of my favorite beverage at the corner store and then I wanted to swing over to Walmart to pick up something else, I'm not walking. low-confidence

Um if you have looked at this this this shopping center, it is not pedestrian friendly. low-confidence

Uh so I'm not uh overly concerned about the pedestrian level environment that this saying that this is somehow low-confidence

not pedestrian friendly where the rest of Dallas Landing is because it's not even close to that. low-confidence

So my understanding what DTCI is saying is you know if you're gonna provide a traffic study, you have to look at the most intensive potential uses and base your traffic study on that. low-confidence

Um and it appears that in this case, uh DTC head and staff are saying they haven't done that. low-confidence

Um do we know what the delta is, meaning given the layout of this site, the entrance, the lights. low-confidence
