And quite frankly, as I found today, you look down there, there's all kinds of gunk uh behind some of these buildings, depending on what their use is, there's things kind of piled up. low-confidence

the materials that they use, um some of these are like landscaping companies and uh auto detailers that have stuff that's left out, um or if it's a case of cooling equipment that's gonna generate noise, is there any kind of screening requirements? low-confidence

So I I would point to the use that you tried to find um when you went to go look for it as as a use. low-confidence

So for us and you look at how our buildings are always configured and this is true no matter where we go is the buildings themselves are the best possible screen. low-confidence

They're at least, you know, a hundred feet deep, they're w however high, twenty feet, twenty five feet high. low-confidence

That is the optimal masonry screen for anything that we build there. low-confidence

And then on the ends of these buildings, and remember these stretched for a while, we build masonry screen walls, and the masonry matches the architecture of the buildings, and then we landscape in front of those, and we have openings to get into the service court. low-confidence

So between those masonry screen walls and between the buildings, everything is screened that goes back in that service court. low-confidence

We also, as Colleen alluded to, we own and manage these buildings forever. low-confidence

always trying to lease the next available space. low-confidence

And so because of that, we spent a lot of time trying to manage and make sure our current tenants are happy and they pay rent, because we're not in business so they don't pay rent. low-confidence

So job number one, job number two, we need to make sure that the next tenant that's going to go look and imagine themselves here, that they can walk around and say, low-confidence
