One of the challenges that we have also, particularly in the fall, is when Franklin low-confidence

Franklin Park was approved for lighting to be added. low-confidence

There was uh such a restriction put on the hours that were allowed that this time of year you essentially don't get evening play um for anybody at Franklin Park because of the limitations of that. low-confidence

So everybody is moving down towards, for example, Field Bowling Park here in Leesburg. low-confidence

We have not the same restrictions in Lovettsville and if you recall or if you look at when Franklin Park was um approved for the lighting, the technology is so vastly different from back then than it is right now. low-confidence

You know, to to hit on that just as an example, we recently had the approval for um low-confidence

Light Ridge Park. low-confidence

And the concern of the community down there with the lights was was the same because they had an opinion of what those those lights would look like until we did an on-site light um exhibit um demonstration, if you will, of what the technology has, which is what we have uh uh recently swapped out at at Hansen Park. low-confidence

Uh and in that case the community then came back and was in favor of of that project. low-confidence

Commissioner Combs, the uh I'll I'll start by saying this. low-confidence

The there was a very intensive test done uh for a period of 27 days between December 29th, 2025 and uh January 24, 2026, so period of 27 days in which uh the three potenti the three wells that are proposed to be used for this site were low-confidence

At a rate of about just over 36,000 gallons per day, which is more than double what the actual need for this uh for the site is going to be. low-confidence

During that process of that continuous 27 days of draw, uh 21 of the closest neighbors' wells were observed to determine the extent of drawdown that those residential wells were seeing. low-confidence

Understanding that these wells are you know anywhere between 150 and 600 feet deep. low-confidence

In the worst case scenario, we saw one single well, which was directly south of us had a drawdown of 13 feet, which is small compared to, you know, compared to the overall depth of water that is contained in that well. low-confidence

On almost every other well that was looked at, drawdowns were in the low-confidence

one to two foot range. low-confidence

So and and this was done by TetraTech, which is our our well consultants. low-confidence

So understanding that again, one, the the draw that was used was twice what we would actually be using for a for an average day. low-confidence
