Um for myself I was gonna s uh support going to work session. low-confidence

if for no other than one specific reason, um and I've mentioned it before, but uh and it's kind of just part of how I do business. low-confidence

I like meetings, I like face-to-face meetings. low-confidence

And all my time on the planning commission, we've had a public hearing and we've recommended to an applicant, we want to see you do a community meeting low-confidence

They've all done it except one applicant, Loudoun County. low-confidence

Um and it's been on several occasions they haven't happened. low-confidence

And um low-confidence

We asked for it at the public hearing this time. low-confidence

Um and it didn't. low-confidence

We've had several months and it hasn't happened. low-confidence

And so I'm kind of at the of the opinion I won't support this until I know and I'd be willing at this point to defer if we c maybe it won't happen between now when we get to a work session, but a commitment that there will be one before the board hears it, then I would be I could then get beyond that point. low-confidence

But I really think it's necessary, and as I mentioned, I've seen some public hearings when you thought it was gonna be all one way, and it's not. low-confidence

Um we had one for Happy Paws, and based on everything before that, you thought the whole world was against them. low-confidence

I went to that meeting and 80% of the people were were supporters. low-confidence

Um Franklin, the uh uh uh what's the name of the industrial park that we Spring not Spring Valley, the industrial low-confidence

Park in and what was thank you, Valley Commerce. low-confidence

Much is that. low-confidence

And I went to that, and there was a whole lot of people that supported that and and were yelling at the some of the town council members why they didn't incorporate it into the town. low-confidence

And then there's and a lot of questions that were being asked were answered. low-confidence
