Got an uppercut in his swing.

He got his 500th hit, which for whatever reason, I thought he should have a lot more hits than that.

Yeah, he hit his 100th homer.

And a 100th homer a couple days ago.

I mean, that was just a nice level swing to put the ball out.

He looks a little more like the dude we saw in spring training.

Yeah, a 9 for 27 with a couple homers and five RBIs.

Now, it could be hitting in front of Vladdy.

Helps simplifying it a little bit, right?

If I stay tall as I can...

through my swing, gives me a better chance of leading with my back elbow.

You know, barrel lag, which is a big deal nowadays, right, gives you a chance, even if you don't recognize a breaking ball from a fastball, at least keeps the barrel in the hitting zone longer, gives you a chance to hit the ball to the big part of the field.

And you know what?

You want to do maximum collision with the baseball.

That's what he's been doing the last couple days.
