There's a certain amount, Davis Schneider has a certain amount of currency with this organization based on what he did last year.

I don't think Davis Schneider is ever going to be at a point where he isn't of use to this organization unless it gets to the point where he ends up moving on at the end of this year.

But I'm not surprised that he's back.

And if he gets sent out again, I won't be surprised to see him again because I think there is a lot of faith in him.
