I was just trying to think of an analogy.
Uh, so say that you, you are a very accommodating roommate and you, you get a new roommate off of Craigslist and, and they come from a culture that, you know, is antithetical to your culture, but you're, you're very, you're a very nice person.
And, uh, they start throwing, throwing parties at your house and forcing you to, uh, eat certain foods and all this kind of stuff.

The more aggressive and persistent roommate is always going to win versus the roommate who is very passive and accommodating.
When we're talking about immigration, I think of the stories I've heard of immigration as it was in, say, the early 20th century, where you would have people from...
Italy or or France or, you know, your Europeans coming over.
And in many cases, they wouldn't even allow their children to speak the old language.
And they would say, well, no, you're in America now.
You you have to I want you to fit in in America.
I want you to thrive in America.
And so when there is immigration with no intention of assimilation, when there are enclaves that will no doubt eventually, as they have in, I think, Sweden, lead to police no-go zones.
When you have those kind of situations pop up, either intentionally or unintentionally, something is deeply broken.
Assimilation should be the goal.
And if you're importing a culture that does not want to assimilate, what will happen in 10, 15, 20, 25 years?
