And this was maybe a month later.
And my mom takes me and we go to court and we sit outside and his lawyer's briefing me like,
Here's what you need to say.
His lawyer's trying to say that this woman violated her order and stole her kid.
He's trying to get her charged with kidnapping.
And instead, he's being charged with assault.
And so I have to go up and testify.
And of course, the judge just makes a fool.
Everybody makes a fool of me.
Like, so did you go upstairs?
I didn't go upstairs.
Did you see the kid?
Do you remember anything?
Were you doing drugs or alcohol?
I was like, I was not doing drugs and alcohol.
I was just sleeping.
I looked for drugs and alcohol everywhere, but I couldn't find any.
So that was one of my more embarrassing days in my life.
Equally plausible story based on how sound I was sleeping.
The funniest part of the whole story is this all ends and it kind of goes away.
