They just imagine that they have amnesia.

The Bush administration filed a case against Boston.
And he called up the defendants in that case, even though he was postured, you know, to be representing the United States as a plaintiff.
And he offered his help to help them get out of the case that the United States had brought.
That is the most fundamental ethics problem there is.
It's side switching, right?
Like that, he should have gotten disbarred.
