It's going to work, being around good people, doing what I enjoy to do every single day.

And for now, without my family here, I go back at night and go to sleep and wake up and do it again.

But I can truthfully say it hasn't felt that way.

I've enjoyed it.

I look forward every morning going in and we've got a great group.

My dreams looked like game day.

You don't sit there when you're a younger coach and dream about going into the office on a Tuesday afternoon and spending five hours watching college tape to get ready for the draft.

You don't think about sitting in there trying to diagram up certain plays and all the things that you have to do.

You think about the moments with your players.

You dream about being in the locker room after a win or making a call, a crucial call in a game and seeing it work and celebrating with your team and those memories.

And that's what you dream of.

All the other stuff is how you get there.

You're not dreaming of the process, I guess.

You're dreaming of what you hope the result will be.

And then I think as you get older, you learn to really enjoy and embrace the process and the work that goes into it.

But then certainly once you get into the stadium, those are the most fun times.

I think it all started at my first job when I went to Worcester Polytech to be the running back coach.

I was 21 years old, and I thought I wanted to coach.

It's all I ever –

dreamed about, as you say, but you don't really know until you get into it.
