like rebuild i've kind of rebuilt my armor and and uh now that i'm healed enough to like get back in the cold water and to hopefully avoid injury from here on out if you trust chris do you get your cold plunger in a day
I did not.
The cold water, I remember when it took me a while to finally get used to, like, my breathing, controlling it in the cold shower.
But, like, getting through, like, washing my hair and everything, I'm finally to where I can control my breathing.
But at first, it was, like, the hardest thing.
I would much rather get in the back.
You know, you're trying to move.
Exactly.
And I'm up at like 3.30, 4 o'clock every morning.
So I'm in there early throughout the summer.
It's a breeze to get out there in the cold water before the sun rises.
But in the winter, it's different for me, that mental war.
I'm like, I'll just wait until the sun comes up.
But once you get over that, you win that mental war and you get in the water.
Even like, for example, on a clear starry night and the moon's super bright and like I'm out there, you know, 3.30, 4 o'clock.
And then the sun has not risen yet.
I'm like, oh, I just, I kind of, oh my God, I wonder what it feels like on the moon.
This is really cold.
