So what they're doing, as the animals are grazing, they're putting up insects like grasshoppers and crickets and worms, so they feed on those.
Well, 20, 30 years ago, cattle egrets would have starved if they come here in the winter.
they would have been killed off by the frost and the snow.
Last year, I think it was about 400 here in the winter on some set levels.
And they were roosts on the reserves here, yeah.
So that's been a very, very fast adaptation and a breed which has come in, yeah.
