So there was positive momentum coming.

A, I want him long-term.
I don't want him to – because I had known Hogan had kind of flirted with us off and on multiple times.
And I get it.
I've been a talent.

I didn't fault anybody.
But when I knew I had the opportunity and knew that we need to get him five years plus, and we did a five-year with two options, I knew that was going to be a challenge.

hey you know voicemail call me so i left the marina and walked up in the parking lot music blaring and all this i had to get way away so i could talk to bob and bob goes essentially hey jeff sell me uh on kurt angle which i don't say caught me off guard but i'm like okay here we go and i said bob what's the name of our company oh total not yeah he went through that i said
if you want a talent that truly personifies a total nonstop action wrestler, that is in my opinion, Bob, no BS.
I think he is the best wrestler in the world today.
That's who we're talking about.
