Okay, so you're talking about, and it has a train station.
So you've got train station, land to be developed, and as we've seen in the National Football League, much like a little bit here in Jacksonville, you've got Four Seasons and a Jaguars office building.
Teams are doing a lot of this multi-use development around the stadium itself.
And the Bears already own 324 acres or whatever it is right there where they want to put the new stadium.
So I think the preference there is for the Bears to be in Arlington Heights.
But you need a little kick in the pants sometimes to get things done.
You know, and look, Indiana's making a real run at it.
Yeah, we talked a little bit about this last week.

And I think everything is a little bit of posturing.
And the date to get the deal done, unfortunately, is once you start playing real games.
And I think there's going to be a missed opportunity this year to take advantage of the offseason training to get everything better because of the negotiations.
You know, you wish you'd had some other way to create a deadline that isn't when the games start actually being played.
