17-year-old Haley Busby's remains were found over the weekend in southern Indiana, nearly a month after she disappeared from her Indianapolis area home, with a man from Columbus, Ohio now jailed for now on charges of pandering sexual material involving a minor and tampering with evidence.
39-year-old Tyler Thomas' attorney after police say they tracked Thomas' vehicle to Busby's neighborhood January 5th, where he admits to picking her up after they met on a gaming app, that he led police and the FBI to her remains in Perry County.
Bond is set at $1.5 million.
Thomas is due back in court next week.
