I mean, that's the first thing.

Because his brown suits that he wore, and it was always brown.

And his tie was always over here somewhere.

And...

That's the first thing you think of.

But the second thing you should think of is that the Nuggets offense in the 80s was literally the entire 80s.

No one ran it like they did.

And it was a lot of passing, but it was very random.

So people would move and cut and do all this stuff, but they would pass as much as they could.

And there wasn't a good shot thing.

It was just like, if you're open, just shoot it.

And that is what it was because there wasn't the emphasis on three-point line, blah, blah, blah.

And that is another thing he did.

He innovated offense in the 80s and doesn't get the credit I think he deserves for inspiring Mike D'Antoni with the seven seconds or less.

Because D'Antoni was not coincidentally, I think, an assistant coach under Bill Hanslick.

And he learned a lot of offense from the Bill Hanslick bringing that Mo stuff.

And I always think about that, too.
