There's lots of guys who scored 70 goals in junior who didn't play in the NHL.
You have to be able to adjust to it.
I'm not saying he's not a great coach and wouldn't be, but the point being is there's a learning curve and the adjustment to dealing with college players to the National Hockey League is massive.
So I don't know if he's amazing.
Looks like he's amazing.
His track record says he's amazing.
But there might be somebody else out there.
There might be somebody in the AHL right now that might be a better fit, who knows the pro game, who's been dealing with pro athletes for years.
So I'm denying it just based on the field, because I think there's going to be a lot of great candidates for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
