Like give yourself like a 16-hour window with no food and then start eating after that.
Because your body is relying on carbohydrates, right?
So when your body is not relying on carbohydrates and your body is burning off ketones, you don't have that problem.
You don't have that crashing problem.
The crashing problem is from a high-carbohydrate diet.
Look, I'm Italian, so carbohydrates was my thing.
It was all about pasta and pizza.
If I'm going to cheat, I'm going to eat Italian subs and that kind of shit.
When your body gets accustomed to that, first of all, you get a big insulin spike.
