I'd say, look, if he's not prepared to play and the league have said it's safe to start, they've put all these safety measures in place, all these stringent protocols to make sure COVID isn't in the training ground and obviously isn't in any of the opposition teams that you play against.
And if we didn't play, we would be relegated from the league because that looks like what's going to happen.
It looks like the teams in the bottom three are going to be relegated.
then I would want to play.
And I'd say, look, if Troy doesn't want to play or Glenn doesn't want to play, I'll play.
I want my opportunity.
Sometimes you have to wait as a young player for an injury of a senior player to get that chance.
And for me, if those lads have got safety concerns, it's well within their lifestyle choices to say, I don't want to play.
That's cool.
No problem.
Don't force anyone to do anything they don't want to do.
But the rest of us who do want to play, and there will be more that want to play than don't want to play, have to get on with it.
And we have to get back to normality as soon as possible as a country and as an industry.
There was a few things.
I mean, you'll be privy more to it than me, Gary, because you're an owner.
And obviously, you know, Rick Paddy and the AFL, I think have done really, really well in this scenario.
They've kept all the managers up to date and up to speed and give us a lot of information.
But I think the decision is going to come down to the owners, really.
I think they're the ones who are going to vote in the next two or three days.
We were given the option yesterday, as I said, to either finish the season and then remain in fixtures or a points-per-game scenario.
