so like i said very very welcoming group so i want to get kind of in the brass tacks a little bit about some of the things when you're coming up with putting together a conference or you you're mulling that around in your head i know dustin from magi says you know he's really torn between a single track and a multi-track conference guess maybe it depends on the tracks which i would agree with but i want to know like how do you find your speakers and

Katie knew me enough and said, hey, we'll bring our own speakers and you can be a part of it.
And plus, I wanted to take a train ride and see Mac Stock.
But how do you find your speakers?
Is there an audition process?
Is there like a, hey, we're opening the, you know, next year's speakers call is going on right now.

How do you get the people?
And do you have people come back year after year?
Like, how do you manage your speakers that you bring to the stage?
That's awesome.
So I want to follow up with one more question.
How do you come up with pricing?
I think that's something that when people start thinking about putting together a conference or even playing with the idea of like, I want to get an event together or even like I want to do a meetup.
The problem with pricing is the hardest thing, I think, for a lot of people.
And I remember when we were sitting across after you took us on the tour of Groundhog Day, Woodstock, all the scenery there.
Yeah.
When we were sitting across from pizza, you mentioned that the only rule was that you could never lose money that you had with your wife.
