Induction, really?

So for this 7.62 line, it was induction.
Gosh, I did see, trying to remember, I did see the 5.56 line, and I've drawn a blank on what that one, that one might have been gasped.

But, you know, you got to have testing equipment in order to do the hardness checks to make sure you know what you got from your process.

Okay, so this, sorry for the blurry picture, but this is another photograph of a case neck split that this was one of those 2506s that I had converted from Lake City 30-06.
And, you know, in doing that resizing operation, you have to do an intermediate operation.
In this case, I did an intermediate to 270 first, and then 25-06.
And when I did this, I knew nothing about annealing cartridge cases.
You know, I built a bunch of ammunition, sat around for a while, and this case split as a result of the bullet being pressed into the case mouth.
