So you hear Kevin Wars talk about how resilient the economy is.
Americans are wanna they want to flip him the finger and say, What the fuck are you talking about?
Uh the University of Michigan, Consumer Survey.
This is a survey that goes back into the 1960s.
They've been doing monthly surveys since the late 1970s.
The cr Americans' assessment of their own current financial situation today is equal to the worst levels of each past recession that we've had since the 1970s.
That's how Americans think about the economy.
Not just their own financial situation, what they think about the lack of jobs.
How do they measure this?
