I relate to that and what I find is so instructive to me and everyone is that if you think that opportunities should be just put on your plate, that's the wrong thinking.
It's the wrong thinking.
You have to grab your own plate
and start finding places that are serving food.
You have to go.
There's a sense of hunger, I think, that you have to have.
Before we keep going, I'm going to take a moment to tell you about timeline.
Now, when we talk about healthy aging, we typically like to think about diet, exercise, sleep, and those things matter.
They really do.
But how you feel as you get older also depends on something deeper.
