The Giants kicker completely whiffed on a field goal attempt.
I completely missed the ball.
And that caused Mark to go into uncontrollable laughter.
So much so that he was rewinding and watching the replay over and over until he laughed so hard he literally had a seizure.
His wife thought he was joking at first and then realized it wasn't funny.
So she called 911 and paramedics rushed him to the hospital.
Why do I have a new fear unlocked about laughing, Jeff?
Well, as it turns out, that hilarious missed kick actually saved Mark's life because a CT scan revealed a tennis ball-sized tumor inside of his stomach.
Thankfully, doctors were able to remove it, and it wasn't cancerous.
So Mark has fully recovered now and is excited to be attending the Kentucky Derby this weekend where he hopes nothing too funny happens on the track.
