This guy began his coaching career at SUNY Brockport in 1995.
I'm pretty sure my brother was a football player at that time.
I know he was at SUNY Brockport.
I might have to make a call here, Bob, to see if he remembers Brian Angelico.
I think it might be.
The Vikings pass game coordinator.
Is what he's been, and so that's impressive.
Last year, I mean, how much of it goes to Kevin O'Connell, but Angelico's involved, right?
I believe so, yes.
I believe he does.
Yeah, as a pass game coordinator, right?
Yes, you would think.
And he also had a role, you would think, in what Sam Darnold did last season in Minnesota, rehabbing his career.
Other than that, he's been a tight ends coach his whole career, going all the way back to Dorn Dickerson at Pitt 2007-10.
Rutgers, Tampa Bay Bucks, Cleve Brownies, Green Bay Packers, Commanders, Panthers, then elevated to pass game coordinator and tight ends coach with the Vikings.
So it's very difficult to form an educated opinion, as you said, on this guy.
But I'll take Doran's word for it that he's an incredibly sharp man and a good hire.
