So this was filed in Wayne County Circuit Court and, you know, all kinds of things saying Kennedy suffered physical injury, pain, emotional distress, fear, humiliation and public embarrassment.
He's saying that Metcalf.

No, but him and I think James Harrison repeated things that they said Metcalf indicated to them.
That this guy has said as you know, uh, uh,
caused whatever it is, hate mail, caused people to go after him in various forms.
