I don't want to do anything.
So it's like, it can be 20 minutes.
You know, you working out for 20 minutes a day can do a lot of great things.
So it's like spiritual gym workout, meditate for 15, read a self-help book for five.
Like what music are you listening to?
Who are you hanging out with?
What makes you feel like you could flip over a car?
Like what are those things?
And do them every single solitary day for 20 minutes.
It's not that big a whoop-dee-doo.
You know, when you think about that, it's going to change your entire life.
You know, so and take it as seriously as anything else, because that work will make everything else that you're taking seriously and trying to achieve so much easier.
And, you know, I'm giving a lot of talks right now.
And the thing that I'm just so excited and I'm so excited to be speaking right now, too, because it reminds me it's my spiritual gym, right?
Like we all need it.
So.
But the thing about because we are spiritual creatures having a physical experience, right?
And if you and like instead of just giving it lip service and talking, yeah, I know that.
But think about it.
We are the universal intelligence that created everything that is.
