My name is Jen Smith.
I've been a longtime watcher, and I was struck by the initial responding officer.
It seems like he responded to the call and questioned Dale and seemed to accept what Dale was saying at face value.
So my question is, did he walk through the house?
Did he walk through the outbuildings?
Because since D was determined to have not been placed in the tank for a number of days, it seems like if he had shown up willing to treat the initial missing person's call as a crime, then he may have seen some indications of foul play.
