And listeners, for those of you who have a dream of having a private practice beyond just you, Samantha's a great example of somebody who, you know, you you laid the foundation, right?
You started having the clients coming in.
And then it got to be like where it couldn't be just you anymore, right?
Like you said, there was kind of a decision between, okay, do I have stronger boundaries or do I like, you know.
hire and so I love that you, you know, decided to go the hiring route.
So you hired two people, right?
Were these fellow SLPs?
Was this like a SLPA, ECODA or OT?
Like who who did you hire in the beginning and what has your hiring looked like since?
And I you know what I love that you have gone that route because I know a lot of people want to do the mentorship part of this too, right?
Like whether, you know, folks, you had a good experience in your clinical fellowship or a bad one.
Like I actu I had a really good experience, but I know plenty of people didn't, right?
But I think it's a really nice thing where you are really doing that pay it forward kind of thing and really thinking like, you know, if you
put some work into a CF, like not only are they going to be, you know, usually wonderful employees, but then they also hopefully stay a while.
