And you have you've got kids, you've got, you know, a family, you've got other responsibilities.

So to to be wearing all those hats,

After a while, either doesn't make sense anymore or you know, hats are falling off, hats don't fit anymore, like all kinds of stuff, right?

And so to be able to bring her in and really it sounds like not only do you have someone who is extremely qualified and capable, but also has that kind of intuition to sense like maybe when you need a little extra support or just to sit down or have a cup of coffee, like she really does sound like the perfect.

fit for your practice, but also the perfect fit for you.

Yes.

Again, she's a fantastic human being.

And then something that you mentioned before we actually started recording was that your own kids are actually there today.

They're being wonderfully quiet in the background, but that this sort of accidentally ended up being kind of like a bring your kids to work day.

Can you explain for our listeners, like what is it like to be able to kind of have that flexibility, even if perhaps it was unintentional and like wasn't exactly the plan?

What does that feel like?

Yes, but I love that you created something that, you know, is working so well, not just for your own family, but it sounds like also for the the families of the people who you're employing through your practice.

And then obviously for the families who are recipients of the services through your clinic.

Right.

This just feels like a total win-win to

You're being a wonderful example to people of what's possible as a business owner, as a mom.
