So yes, we give them the tools.
Yes, we allow them to have the access.
And yes, we we put the privacy on the backside.
But then we also bring in people that can actually train them to actually use it the proper way.
Because I don't know about you guys, but have you guys not seen what the Amazon employees did when they first launched AI?
You know why?
Because they launched it and then they didn't teach all the people how to use it.
You know?
And so bring people in that are gonna teach your team and empower your team.
to use it effectively so that it
it grows what you want it to grow because leadership comes in and they're like, this is great.
This is gonna make it easier for my staff.
We're gonna grow, you know, our revenue.
It's gonna be great.
But then they miss that middle ground of like, you have to teach the people how to do that because you're taking some of the task that those people were doing.
And now you're putting it in AI and you're not teaching the people how to train the AI and open up proper feedback loops so that it actually does what it needs to do progressively going forward.

So it you know, we talked a lot about our core values.
Like for me, one of the biggest ones is family.
You know, I'm a third generation woman entrepreneur, you know, so family integration and things of that nature are super important to me.
