So you have to remember when technology first came into the vast majority of workplaces back in the early 2000s.

It was presented in such a way that it was set it and forget it.

And so the mentality is, is okay, I can go in and I can set this and then I can forget it.
AI because it has generative and pattern recognitions, you have to think of it less as a standardized automation, like this happens, you do this.
And you have to think of it more as your training an intern.
that you're then going to rise up into other roles.
So you have to come in and assume like this this kid knows nothing about anything.
And you have to bring it up to to the level that which you wanted to do that.
And that means when you bring in an intern, usually you're you're with them quite a bit.
You're you're refining them.
You're saying, hey, this was amazing.
You did really great here.
