Just putting in keywords for the sake of putting them in to match a job description isn't going to serve you well.
It's really a matter of taking this information and then synthesizing it, looking at it.

It's not just spitting out a keyword, but it's putting it in the context of your own experience that's going to make it valuable.
There are some specific activities you can try to prep for interview questions.
You can paste the job description into the tool and then as a prompt ask, what are the 10 most likely interview questions a hiring manager might ask based on this job description?
Then you can ask, based on your resume, how could I generate an answer for some of these questions?
And then an important part of an interview is making sure that you have good questions to ask at the end of the interview.
So that is also something that AI can help you figure out.
I think like all other technology, used in moderation is the best approach.
You don't want to depend on it.
It's not going to do the work for you.
It's just a facilitator to help polish, to help fine tune, to help spark and suggest.
AI isn't going to replace workers, but it may replace workers that aren't comfortable with AI and don't know how to use it in their given industry.
So it's really a matter of finding out how it works for you personally and professionally and getting comfortable with it.
