You use willpower to force yourself through it.

And it worked.

It definitely worked.

I got myself out of, I think I paid off over $200,000 in debt in under two years.

And I purchased, I paid, saved $13,000 to pay my car.

And so it definitely worked.

I was facilitated to two rounds at my church.

I helped other people.

So that was very rewarding.

But what I noticed was people are in it for as long as they can do it.

And then an obstacle comes just like with eating.

And they fall off track and they don't know how to get themselves back on.

I think because I had the mindset of and I knew what I was doing and I know my own I'm aware of my own thoughts.

It was able I was able to like stay focused and just keep going until I got the goal.

But as soon as I got out of that, paid off all of that debt, got had my car.

I remember being rebellious.

My brain was like, I'm going to the mall and I'm not going to use an envelope.

I was like going against the process.

So it's just like when women, you lose weight and you get to your goal weight and you're like, I am not going to have grilled chicken for dinner.

I'm going to have the burger or whatever you haven't been doing.
