The couple on the ship didn't have the benefit of ICU.

So they didn't have oxygen support and they didn't have liver support and all those things that you would have if you were in ICU.

Whereas if, you know, once you know somebody has it...

then you have that.

There's somebody apparently is showing symptoms of it today who was on a flight two rows back from one of the people who disembarked the ship.
