So anyway, Cartwheel is a reference to, you know, what she did as a bored and kind of clueless teenager when she was standing outside the police station in the hours after Kircher's murder.

And that was one of the things that was photographed and very widely used and held against her.

And now 20 years on or 19 years on, she's made this Edinburgh show about her experience, which she says is also it's about motherhood and it's about raising a daughter in a world that is very unfair to women and what it costs to be the kind of mother who tells her daughter the truth about that.

And she's brought it to Edinburgh.

And there has been this enormous backlash against it.

There's an online petition calling for its cancellation.
