Right.

That I I didn't see tons of information about that either.

And that's why I started talking about it.

You know, I said, is anybody else?

I I talked on about it on social media, like

Is anybody else experiencing this?

Because I'm realizing that

Like I'm not really an alcoholic.

I don't identify as an alcoholic.

I was self medicating this ADHD that I didn't know that I had for, you know, twenty plus years.

And so many people are like, Oh my gosh, this is me.

This sounds exactly like what I've experienced.

I didn't know there was a link either.

And there really isn't a ton of research out there.

So, you know, I

I I'm self taught in this and I learn more and more each day.

And I talk to people, people like you, you know, like who didn't even realize that.

Either they they didn't realize they had A ADHD or they didn't realize that they had been self medicating or a combination of both.

And so that's how this kind of became my my focus.

It fascinates me 'cause it really it took up such a huge chunk of my life.
