Okay, great.
Very interesting read.
I won't give too much away, but...
A lot of the things she was saying, even though we came from very different backgrounds, a lot of things she was saying and doing, I was like, oh my God, I completely relate to that.
And I'm sure a lot of women do.
That we're always, there's always this thing with our bodies.
We have a very kind, a lot of women have a very turbulent relationship with their bodies, right?
We're always trying to shrink ourselves.
Yeah.
You know, there's parts of our bodies that we like.
If you come, if I compliment one of my friends, their go to response would be, oh, would you stop?
I don't.
We can't take a compliment.
We can't love ourselves enough.
Yeah.
We just can't.
Is that a problem with our sexual well-being?
we're loving ourselves more physically because I think a lot of women have hang-ups.
A lot of people, we all have hang-ups about our body, but I think women especially.
And we can be quite unkind to ourselves when we're looking in the mirror and nitpicking at ourselves and we're always looking at things we can improve.
