Things changed drastically for him and people started coming forward with, you know, parts of the truth.
It was because Hayley Robb, you know, was the one to basically kind of, you know.
She blew the whistle on what was going on in the background, really.
And I think once he realized that and he knew where this was going and he saw no way out.
And interestingly, so he goes back, I think it was his mother's house.
OK.
And then, you know, contrary to a lot of reports at the time, there was supposed to be this very famous suicide letter that everyone seemed to think that was full of evidence or him kind of at least admitting or coming clean.
But in fact, the review says there was no sign of a suicide letter at all, which makes more sense, I think, you know, given who Creswell was.
So I can't see him sitting down and, you know... Leveling blame or... Well, he wasn't going to apologize, was he?
Yeah, well, no, he wasn't going to.
And so what's the point in leaving anything?
Yeah.
He planned it or did he lose his temper?
And he'd already gotten away with so much.
Like he was driving around, like, you know, across the Northwest without a license suspended from driving.
They were actually looking for him because like, you know, as comes out in the review again, there's Sarah, a pseudonym for a lady, a Scottish lady who came to work on one of the stables with him.
And she had made a complaint to the PSNI when he exposed himself to her and got, you know, very threatening to her and her partner.
Again, they were pretty much brushed off, felt that nothing was going to happen.
So when they went back to Scotland, they reported it to the police there who then followed it up from Scotland.
And so, you know, they wanted him in for questioning.
