So what can you tell us about them?
So they had known Anna, basically.
They had known her foot from the area and they called at her house that day.
Yeah, relative strength.
She loved dancing.
So she was aware that she was getting some abuse anyway.

And her parents were.
And I suppose what this crime shows us or what it kind of did for Ireland was it kind of focused our attention on kids being online.
Yeah, so this is the evidence that came out during the court case.
And a lot of it was very disturbing.
And I suppose, you know, at one stage they actually, you know, were talking about dressing up a mannequin in the murder kit so that the jury would have some idea of what Anna did.

There was kind of like a half mask that he had teeth that was dripping with blood.
He was wearing, you know, he was kind of, although she knew who they were.
So boy B had called to her house, asked her to come and meet boy A. There was an assumption that she had maybe liked boy A.
A and boy B was coming to tell her that boy A wanted to meet her, to talk to her.
But as you say, they lured her to this very old, derelict farmhouse that had been used by teenagers to drink in, like as every area has.
But she went missing.
Her mother knew, which was interesting to me, her mother knew almost immediately that something was wrong, that she wasn't friends with these boys.
