So interestingly, I know like in academia, I feel like there has been a bit of a change.

So traditionally it's very much been this like masculinity contest where it's all about the sort of like superstars who are the smartest and the most brilliant, super competitive.

And I feel like there is more space now for collaboration and openness, which doesn't mean that science is not as good anymore.

So it doesn't come at a cost of, you know, worse outcomes or anything.
