Uh, which I think has some really good companies.
Uh it's just that it just needs retail investors to have some exposure to learn and also understand why these companies can innovate and grow.
Uh I think there's one pushback they had, right?
Which was like, um I think there was a concern, for example, that and they were saying like, hey, with increased leave for parents, there was pushback uh or concern.
For example, that non parent employees would have to cover uh their work.
Um and that SMEs will be unable to cope right with uh parent employees who take more childcare leave.
What are your thoughts about that?
Yeah.
I think the amount of leaders given is quite substantive compared to I think the historical Singapore knobs, right?
And I s I think sing you know, I mean, people always joke about Europe having a lot of leave, right?
And uh Singapore has a lot less.
