I think in a company it's a meritocracy, right?

You know, people perform well, you know, by the corporate standards and then they get promoted and so so forth.

So I think on an absolute basis you're right to say that there should be enough slack in the system.

But from a relative or competitive plane, right?

You know.

It is actually quite difficult to step away.

And I felt it because

You know, when I was away

I didn't have access to internet, you know, my phone had to be away because we were working on sensitive military

You know, sites.

I mean, even though my position was a key off as an executive and so forth, I did feel that dynamic where

Other per people performing better than me in that sense, right?

And so I think I really resonate with that.

And I think that is going to be a struggle for any kind of

I mean it's like holiday leave, right?

Even right?

Some people struggle to use all of their holiday leave because they don't want to be seen as somebody who uses all their leave, right?

And and that's why people come in.

I agree it's a crazy thing, but like I I don't know, maybe I live in prisoners dilemma, game cherry.
