I think one good thing at least is that I think the government is fully funding the childcare leave, right?

And I think that's really important because that hundred percent offsets at least the wage cost of the parent uh who's now away.

And I think that's an important bit.

Yeah, at least allays the concern from a direct hiring basis.

So I think it's a big uh financial commitment by the government as well.

I mean, I think that's similar to the national service, you know, arguments, right?

Which is that, um, do employers discriminate against national service, uh, reservist Singapore citizen males because they already had to spend time out, you know, out on the reservist, uh, away from the employer, right?
