But the lesson that I've had six, you know, I had a friend who's Vanessa, Vanessa Clark, who it started with, you know, six months ago or so.
And Vanessa was one of the best mates and an incredible person and best friend to so many people.
But I know what Vanessa would feel, you know, and I know what my sister would feel.
Get on with it.
Just get on with it.
And the lesson that I take from all of this is just to live, just to be out there and to understand every day and what living is about, if you can.
She is.
She's resilient.
She's made of very strong stuff.
So both in her city, mum from Kilmainham in Dublin.
She's 93 now, just back from gallivanting through Rome for the past week with my wife and her sister.
In the gym three times a week doing weights.
Really quite extraordinary.
Fabulous.
Always with this, always with this.
When nobody was exercising, exercise wasn't the thing.
She was doing it.
Her diet for years consisted of kiwi fruit, a crack of wheat and some cheese.
And that was pretty much it.
Now, I'm sure she's going through the toughest.
