There's no place to park there.
They're complicated projects just from a logistical standpoint.
I had no people, we had no superintendents to run all the work that we had.
Um, and so I went on a hiring spree.
Um, I hired three superintendents in that, that year.
Um, one of whom I did not know he was, you know, came from the construction world, but came from a different arm of construction, said all the right things, knew all the softwares, you know, uh,
And I don't want to say I bought into something that he was selling, but I took him at his word.
It didn't go well.
It wasn't a great...
it wasn't a very well managed project.
Uh, I'm also not going to lie and say that I've had no responsibility in the matter.
I left him on an Island.
But I thought based on the, the, the experience that he had that I could, and the reality was I learned very quickly that like, I will not do that again.
Um, I, there's a reason that I don't take on, uh,
you know, 20 projects a year.
It's because I can't be involved in 20 projects at one time.
Right.
And that experience taught me that, like, I don't want to be.
